1.Job Salary
The starting salary for food packers is 250,000 yen, which will be adjusted based on individual performance and experience. The company conducts regular salary reviews, and those with outstanding performance will have the opportunity to receive salary increases and bonuses.
2. Working hours
Working hours are from 8:00 to 16:40, including a 60-minute break. There are 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday) to ensure that employees can get enough rest and maintain a good work-life balance.
