1. Job Overview

The core responsibilities of the landscape construction management position include ensuring the efficient implementation of landscape design, ensuring construction progress, quality, safety and environmental standards, and maintaining close collaboration with other design and construction teams. This position will participate in the company's landscape planning and construction management in public, commercial and residential projects, covering green infrastructure, landscaping, road landscape, etc.

2. Main responsibilities:

Mainly responsible for on-site agency work for landscaping construction (office buildings, apartments, parks, green spaces, etc.) in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

3. Position Highlights:

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for site processes, quality and safety management, as well as work instructions, estimate creation, etc.

We mainly undertake large projects in the private sector (there are also some public projects), but we also undertake large projects that will be remembered on maps and construction sites and become local landmarks.

5. Salary details:

First year annual salary: Approximately 4 million yen to 6 million yen (selection is based on evaluation of skills, experience, etc.)
