High-Paying Recruitment for Kindergarten Teachers in Japan

Asuka Create Co., Ltd. Tokyo Branch is looking for passionate and creative kindergarten teachers to join our team. As a kindergarten teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and educational learning environment for children. Your main responsibilities include designing curricula, conducting daily lessons, observing and assessing students' growth and development, and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

No experience required

Strong communication skills and a spirit of teamwork

A love for education and the ability to care for and support the development of each child

Basic Japanese communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and parents

Relevant work experience is a plus

Salary

Monthly Salary: 212,000 JPY – 330,400 JPY

Bonuses: Three times a year (summer, winter, and spring)

Working Hours

Sample Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Average Monthly Scheduled Working Hours: Based on specific arrangements

Holidays

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
