Job Overview

As an artificial turf installer in the Shaw Sports Turf division, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing artificial turf at various locations. Our work involves installing turf for new sports fields, renovating and maintaining existing fields, and providing customized artificial turf solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Turf Installation: Install and lay various types of artificial turf according to project requirements, ensuring the quality and appearance of the turf meet high standards.

2. Prepare and lay the base: Before installation, prepare the lawn, including soil treatment, laying the base layer, compacting the surface, etc.

3. Turf maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the installed artificial turf to ensure that it remains in the best condition for a long time.

4. Customer communication: Maintain good communication with customers to ensure that customer needs are understood and met, and provide professional installation advice and services.

5. Safety management: Comply with safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure the safety of the construction site and the normal use of equipment.

Job Requirements

Requires experience in turf installation or related experience, or a background in construction, landscaping, etc.

Familiar with the artificial turf installation process, including base laying, turf cutting, etc

Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors.

Good communication skills, able to work with teams and customers.
