Job requirements:
Full-time
No experience required: We especially welcome applications from people who have just graduated and have no experience. We will provide comprehensive training to help you familiarize yourself with workflow and clinical operations.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, family members and colleagues.
Teamwork: Have a good team spirit and be able to work with other medical staff to provide protection for the health of patients.
Emotional support: Help children adapt to collective life, cultivate good behavioral habits, and enhance self-confidence.
Responsibility and empathy: Have a high sense of responsibility and empathy, be able to remain calm under pressure, and provide patient-centered nursing services.
Working hours:
9:00-18:00 (one and a half hour break at noon)
Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
Salary:
Monthly salary 241,000 yen ~ 378,000 yen
Salary increase once a year (April), bonus twice a year (June and December)
Year-end bonus paid in one payment
