Job Responsibilities
Sheet Metal Processing and Assembly
Responsible for cutting, welding, bending and assembling using sheet metal tools according to drawings and design requirements to produce precision metal parts.
Equipment and Structure Installation
Participate in the construction and installation of metal structures for park facilities, performance stages, landscape installations and other creative projects.
Repair and Maintenance
Perform regular maintenance on existing equipment and structures, inspect and repair sheet metal components to ensure safety and normal function.
Ensure Quality and Safety
Strictly adhere to quality standards and safety regulations during all processing processes to ensure that all work meets Disney's high standards.
Ensure Quality and Safety
Work closely with designers, engineers and other departments to ensure that all metal processes and components can be perfectly integrated into Disney's creativity and themes.
Qualifications:
Age 18 or above
Experience in theme parks, construction or other related industries is preferred.
Technical skills: Proficient in various sheet metal tools, such as shears, punches, bending machines, welding equipment, etc., and can operate and maintain these tools proficiently.
Physical fitness: Able to withstand certain physical labor and work in different work environments.
Communication and teamwork: Have a good team spirit and be able to effectively coordinate with other departments to solve problems.
Safety awareness: Have a strong sense of safety and be able to comply with all safety operating procedures in the workplace.
