20 Unexpected Signs and Symptoms of Lung Cancer
12. Muscle weakness

Lung cancer will weaken your muscles, especially that of your hips. Overtime, it can be hard for you to get up from a chair, or even to open a jar.
13. Wheezing

Air pressing against a tumor in the airway may cause wheezing, which is often a sign of asthma and lung cancer. When you notice whistling or whimpering, it is cause for concern.
14. Hoarse voice

When nerves that connect the vocal cords to the lungs are pressed, your voice sounds hoarse. Don't worry if hoarseness lasts for only 1 or 2 days. However, if it lasts more than a week, it is best to see a doctor.
